RHYC 2011 Race Committee Duty Roster

All boats shall be required to provide a race chair, who must be the registered skipper, and at least one other volunteer, according to the roster posted on the official notice board at each club. The roster will be made from boats registered to race. Not every registered boat may be named to the roster. Failure of a boat to provide the required volunteers will result in a boat being scored DNE for that race. This changes rules 90.3(b), scoring and A5, scoring. Boats that provide the required volunteers will be scored points equal to second place for that race. This changes rules 90.3(a), scoring, and A4 scoring.
