Refunds for courses for which an individual has registered shall be provided under the following circumstances:
Course Cancellation: A full refund will be issued to a registrant in a course where due to low enrollment, the entire course is canceled. Prior to the issuing of a refund, the registrant will be offered the opportunity to register in a like or similar course, should space be available.

Other: In other circumstances, the following criteria will apply:

In the event that cancellation is received 7 days prior to the start of any course, a refund will be issued less an administration fee of $ 100.
In the event that cancellation is received no later than the first day of the course, a refund will be issued less an administration fee of 50% of the course fee.
In the event that a participant transfers to another available course prior to the start of the course, only the fee difference between the courses shall be charged.
In the event of injury, a pro-rated refund amount will be established and the participant will be offered the choice between having the pro-rated refund applied towards re-registering for the course at a future time or applied toward another course at RHYC in the future.
Should space be available in a program, students may be added to a course at a pro-rated fee based on the number of days participating. An administration fee may apply.
Participants asked to leave courses due to safety or disciplinary concerns shall not receive a refund of any funds paid to participate in the course.

Other than the above, refunds will not be issued to participants after they have begun a course, where the course has not been canceled for some reason by RHYC.
